JOURNAL OF CORPORATE GOVERNANCE REVIEW (JSMR)

Journal Description

The corporate governance area of the journal covers a broad range of issues facing corporations and board of directors that incudes executive compensation, board governance, CEO succession, and proxy voting. Through our research and efforts, we strive to engage academics and professionals to bridge the gap between theory and practice. Major topics include corporate governance, board of directors, government-linked board members, woman board members, leadership and succession planning, compensation, audit and risk, and shareholders and proxy advisory. We invite original papers of theoretical and empirical nature, rooted in the disciplines of economics, management, sociology, political science, and psychology. The interdisciplinary research is encouraged to assure a comprehensive approach to the topics discussed and to advance both theory and practice.

There is no charge for having the accepted paper to be published in JCGR.
