BACKGROUND

 

Journal of Strategic Management Reviews (ISSN:24249297) and Journal of Corporate Governance Reviews (ISSN:24249300) are yearly peer-reviewed, and refereed journals published through CESAR Publishing. Both journals are not an open access. The journals endeavour to provide a forum for quality research and discussion in the strategic management and corporate governance fields.

 

Both journals invite original papers, review papers, conceptual papers, analytical work, case studies, empirical research, technical notes, and book reviews. Special Issues devoted to a specific country or a specific important topic will occasionally be published.
